Summer evenings at Lake Chelan, with their gorgeous sunsets and endless views, are truly magical. Add in a little local wine and live music and you have the end to a perfect day on the lake. Guests of Kelly’s Resort can enjoy all this and more, just a few minutes down the road at the Mellisoni Vineyards 2024 Summer Concerts.
Lake Chelan is home to more than 40 wineries, many of them award-winning and offering one-of-a-kind wine tasting experiences. Better yet, some of the valley’s best are within minutes of our Lake Chelan waterfront resort.
One of these popular, neighboring wineries is Mellisoni Vineyards. Mellisoni Vineyards is a small, boutique winery that opened it’s doors in 2010. They’ve since gone on to create quite a few award winning red and white wines.
Visitors to the winery can enjoy seasonal wine tastings, vineyard tours, and stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
The winery’s strategic location also makes for the perfect, waterside venue for a variety of events. You don’t have to take our word for it, however. They’re close enough to our family owned, lakeside resort to make finding out for yourself a snap!
Visiting Mellisoni Vineyards
Mellisoni Vineyards is located just 11 miles down South Lakeshore Road from Kelly’s Resort at 3155 US-97 ALT.
The vineyard has seasonal hours and reservations are required for winery tours and tastings. The winery has limited indoor seating but plenty of outdoor seating on the covered patio and on their lawn.
Tasting appointments are booked in 30 minute increments but you can stay as long as the winery is open. Bottle service is only available to groups of seven or more. Reservations end one hour before concerts and events but glass and bottle sales are available at concerts.

While we’re at it, there’s nothing at all wrong with just kicking back here on the shore at Kelly’s Resort and taking it all in. In fact, that’s one of our favorite pastimes!
