2026 has arrived and now is a great time to start planning for next season! Kelly’s Resort is open from April through November, a beautiful time of year that sees the valley’s best weather and biggest events.
Lake Chelan is an outstanding vacation destination with no end to the activities you can enjoy. Helicopterama! – May 2-4.
It’s up, up, and away for this wild weekend of wingsuits and jumpers leaping from airplanes and helicopters. You can even skydive yourself!
Cruizin Chelan Classic Car Show – May 29-30.
The annual Cruizin Chelan Car Show kicks off the summer with a cornucopia of classic and customized cars, trucks, and motorcycles.
Chelan Pride Festival – June 6.
Celebrate Pride with live music, comedy, dancing, vendors, food trucks, and more at Riverwalk Park.
Lake Chelan Bach Fest – July 11–18.
Enjoy 8 days of world class music featuring over 100 musicians and more than 20 separate events.
Lake Chelan Pro Rodeo – July 18–19.
Aces Wild Lake Chelan Pro Rodeo serves up a heaping helping of fun with bull riders, bucking broncos, roping demonstrations, and, of course, the World Famous Chicken Race!

Lake Chelan Swim – Sep 12.
This 1.5 mile, open water swim along the north shore of Lake Chelan is open to any swimmer over the age of twelve.
Lake Chelan Wine Harvest – Sep 22 – Nov 26.
If Chelan had a can’t-miss event, this would be it. Enjoy newly released wines, barrel tastings, grape stomps, vineyard tours, live music, entertainment, gourmet cuisine, and meet the winemakers!
Manson Hydrofest – Sep 25-27.
Enjoy the excitement of hydroplane racing on Manson Bay, meet the racers, and get up close to hydroplanes in downtown Manson.
Haunted Manson – All October.
Haunted houses, escape rooms, a 5K fun run/walk, a scarecrow contest, and more can be found all month long in Manson!
Mahogany & Merlot Vintage Hydroplane and Boat Show – Oct 2-4.
This free, annual boat show ‘on-the-water’ features beautiful, vintage hydroplanes and both antique and classic mahogany runabouts.
Northwest SkyFest – Oct 2-4.
3 days of skydiving, biplane rides, helicopters, and large turbine aircraft draw hundreds of jumpers and eager spectators. Great, high-flying fun.
Brews On The Bridge – Oct 4.
Enjoy regional beers and ciders along with games, food, live music, and iconic views of the lake from the Old Bridge in historic downtown Chelan.
Lake Side Lodging at Kelly’s Resort
Kelly’s Resort is the perfect home base for vacations, lake side weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, family reunions, and corporate events.
Our location on Lake Chelan’s southern shore features four lakeside condos and 11 cottages. All are equipped with kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Each also has its own private deck and gas BBQ.
