We are looking forward to re-opening our resort to guests this Memorial Day Weekend. Since opening our doors in the spring of 1948, the well being of our guests & staff remain a priority here at Kelly’s. We continue to monitor industry standards as well as CDC guidelines with these ever changing times to maintain the highest of standards.
As we move to re-open our property you will notice that there are some changes and modifications that have been made to maintain everyone’s health and wellness.
Registered guests will receive an updated email prior to checking in with specific instructions regarding our new operating procedures. With everyone’s safety in mind, we have made some modifications to our policies and common spaces.
- Registered guests only allowed on property
- Boat gas will be sold publicly however no one can disembark their craft onto Kelly’s dock or beyond
- Our store and coffee bar will operate on a modified basis to registered resort guests only
Should you need to change your reservation due to illness, exposure or concerns of any kind; we will waive all rescheduling or cancellation fees. We continue to prioritize the health & well being of our guests & staff by expanding our already rigorous cleaning protocols and implementing additional cleaning and disinfecting procedures in all cottages, condos and common areas of the resort.
Just as we do with our staff, we respectfully request that guests reschedule or cancel their visit to our resort if they have any signs of sickness, or have been exposed to anyone with symptoms of illness. Guests will be required to sign a waiver prior to staying with us at Kelly’s Resort that acknowledges the inherent risks during the Covid-19 pandemic. Our re-opening dates and procedures are estimates and may shift based on orders from our governor.
